We care about small business. We’ve been through the hard yards and walked in your shoes. Our founders were classmates at Australia’s elite leadership institution - the Royal Military College - Duntroon.

They take their many years of military experience and provide this wisdom to your business. Taking a military mindset, they can tackle any problem in a simple, process driven manner.

Serial entrepreneurs, Pete and Matt have a passion for business. They were awarded the ‘Top 50 global veteran entrepreneurs’ and founded the Veteran Community Business Chamber - committed to supporting veteran and military partner entrepreneurship.

They are well respected across corporate, military and entrepreneur communities regularly advising the highest levels of the Australian government on veteran employment issues.

Co - Founder / CEO

Matthew’s passion for the fundamentals of business—systems, processes and teams—informs his decisions when working with small business owners. He helps businesses streamline and automate critical functions such as accounting, cash flow, sales and marketing. His combination of leadership experience in the military, handling successful start-ups, and working with small business owners informs his decisions when helping business owners master the fundamentals and streamline their operations successfully.

Day’s years of experience leading teams in the BPO industry makes her at managing Trust The Process’ Philippine operations. She started working with Peter and Matt in 2015. A fantastic leader and problem solver, Day is passionate about seeing her team succeed. Her meticulous attention to detail maintains the superior quality of work delivered by her team.
